I smoked my 1st rack of ribs today. I got a rack of pork ribs and put the rub on them last night and put them on the masterbuilt smoker this morning around 9. Took them of about 4 and they turned out pretty good.

Dont shoot till the landing gear is down!!

Realy very nice!!
Got 4 yard birds hitting the brine tomorrow night for us and a couple of friends in the TBS Sunday w/ mac and cheese on Sunday. Schrumpas!

I believe DDoug he is the one that has helped Darrin w/ the site from over the "Big Water" iff'in I remember right.
